About the Site

This is the homepage of “Desserts by Ingredient” DeCal, for the Fall 2008 semester at Berkeley by Shelly Park. Our facilitators and I love making desserts and we want to share our enthusiasm and knowledge about various ingredients and desserts through this course.

This class was founded Spring 2006 by Cynthia Yeung and Anna Mah. Check out Cynthia’s food blog www.cynamonswirl.com for some food pictures and desserts.
